- Rent collections by way of an accurate tenant billing statement that details the up to date expenses due.
- Timely Filing of Rent Court Proceedings, Possession Warrants, and Sheriff scheduling of evictions on tenants who have not paid by the allowed grace period. (5 days after due date)
- Complete document preparation of eviction and security deposit disposition to be submitted to collection agency.
- Accounting system which keeps meticulous records of all reporting that you will need for tracking income, expenses as well as tax compliance.
- A monthly statement is provided to each owner which compiles a complete description of all of the monthly activity on his/her account.

We allow the Owners/Investors to choose from a wide range of services offered. Our fees are based on the amount of services contracted. Fewer services translate to lower fees. This flexibility is unheard of in the real estate service field. We also offer rent collection with postal service to the owner's designated address. This means that the rents are sent to the owner from the tenant. (Another service that is unheard of in the real estate service field.) Since we are not considered operators of the properties that we service we will not oversee a single repair to the property without first submitting a detailed estimate or make a decision regarding the tenant of the property without the full and complete direction and permission of the Owner.
